Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is determined according to the destination’s location. We calculate shipping charges based on the specified location. Your shipping fee is contingent upon the designated delivery address.
Charges (EU & International shipping)
Customers receiving goods outside EU may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed. Import taxes and fees for NON-EU countries are not included in the sales price and are in the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Time
All paintings are despatched within 5 working days (excluding holidays). If there is a more urgent timeframe, please send an email. Artworks usually need around 7-10 working days to arrive at the collectors homes. Shipments are managed through DHL, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery worldwide. Order tracking information will be emailed on despatch.

Certificate COA
Artworks are signed on the back by the artist and come with an original Certificate of Authenticity.
Packaging of Artworks
All paintings will be shipped in a custom-made crate, safely and securely.

The paintings are already equipped with the necessary hardware on their backs.
PAYMENT
Payment process
When you are interested in purchasing an artwork, please send an email indicating your intention to buy the desired painting(s). Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the payment process and provide you with the necessary details to complete the transaction.
You can make payment via bank transfer using the account details provided in our email correspondence. Please ensure to include the order reference number in the transaction description to facilitate order tracking.
To ensure the accuracy and security of your payment, we recommend double-checking the provided payment details before initiating the transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment of your artwork. For any questions or assistance regarding payment options, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Upon receiving your payment, we promptly confirm the transaction and verify the receipt of funds. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment is successfully processed, along with relevant updates about your order.
Returns
If you have any queries regarding the artwork email us at info@anhorvath.com and inform us about the problem. We may request to see images of any faults you may have. We are unable to process any refunds unless the item is defected or damaged during transit. In this case please email info@anhorvath.com within 14 days of purchase. We strive to provide the highest quality artwork, but if you encounter any issues with your order, such as a significant deviation from the advertised description.
Cancelling
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order, until the point in which it is shipped. In order to cancel your order you must first inform us by sending an email to info@anhorvath.com. Please note that this must be within 48 hours of your purchase. Once this has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation. You will then be refunded the full amount including shipping charges.
Copyright and Ownership
The artist retains all copyright and ownership rights to the original artwork. Purchasing original artwork does not grant any reproduction or distribution rights. The original artwork is intended for personal display purposes only and should not be reproduced, resold, or used for any commercial purposes without obtaining proper authorization.
